Covid 19: We remain hopeful that we will be allowed out to play in time for this event. If it gets to a point where it is clear this will not be the case, we will move the dates as required. The uptake for this event will be huge so please make sure you are a member and that you RSVP to secure a place.
THE 2nd PMC COAST RUN!
This will be another 'full members only' event upgrade link at the bottom of the description
Situated just 6-Miles from the stunning cove of Hayle and 9 miles from Falmouth, with lands end well within reach 'even when you miss the airspace!' , this venue comprises of 4 large flat football pitches, and separate take off and landing fields. There will be fireworks 
The venue has a club house with a cheep bar (and showers) which will be open during normal hours for our use.
As always, we will have a heated tent.
The fire pit will be lit 24-hours a day.
The music will be played at a social volume at social times of the day.
Dogs are welcome, children are welcome, local visitors are welcome.
There is literally nothing bad to be said about this place! The above view lives only 7.3 miles away from take off!

We hope to see all of the normal faces at this one, there is some added adventure for all of us as its a totally new site with some AMAZING flying opportunities to be had for those who venture into the UK's very own holiday resort!

I understand that certain PPG event organisers have asked for waivers to be added to pilots Third Party Liability insurance policies. As I’m about to organise my insurance's could someone tell be what the wording of the waiver should be, so that I can ask my insurers to add it? Thanks. -
I wouldn’t worry about it , just take off and and leave the airspace , they can’t pick you up on radar your moving too slow so will probably never know your there , you will be in the airspace in seconds -

Thanks Geoff, Yeah, it may be a no go, but I'll certainly give them a call and see what they say. Just when you think you've got somewhere, there's usually some kind of hurdle. -
Hi Andy Farnborough Airport have been allowed to have more flights not so long back, flights up from 28,000 to 50,000 flights a year, so it's a very busy Airport in and around it's perimeters. I definitely wouldn't just hope its OK, If you are flying in there air space you may end up in a great deal of trouble. However having said all this I would give them a call on 01252379000 or a email of your plan of exactly where you intend to takeoff and land with appropriate movements, and see what they say. I suspect they would say NO, but you never know. If you don't ask you don't get. Flying sites are not easy to get and keeping them is just as difficult . Good luck.
