I did seriously consider the one shown above but, in the end, went for the Thule Easy Base carrier. Although the Thule is slightly more expensive it comes with number plate mount and lights (complete with wiring and 7pin plug) so I decided it was better value for money. It can also be easily adapted, if required, to carry bike racks, storage boxes, baskets, etc. Type Thule Easy Base into Google - most towbar or trailer companies sell them for just over £100.
